Prestressed Concrete Sleepers & Other Concrete Products

RMS Concrete Limited is a wholly owned Ghanaian company established to produce prestressed concrete sleepers and other specialized concrete products.

RMS Concrete Limited was nominated in 2019 by the Ghana Railway Development Authority ( GRDA ) for the production and supply of prestressed concrete sleepers for the redevelopment of the Western Railway Line.

RMS Concrete Limited is currently the sole producer and supplier of prestressed concrete sleepers for Amandi Holdings Limited for the Five Hundred and Sixty Million United States Dollars (US $560 million) Railway Project for the construction of sections of the Western Line.

This is a Government of Ghana / Deutsche Bank Funded Project.

RMS Concrete Limited has signed a contract with Amandi Investment Limited for the supply of 130,000 pieces of Prestressed Concrete Sleepers for the redevelopment of the Manso-Huni Valley section of the Western Line.

RMS Concrete Ltd is a partner of Railway Moulds and Systems (RMS (UK)), a global player in the manufacture and production of railway sleeper systems. RMS (UK) provides RMS Concrete Ltd. with technical support (operational, training and maintenance) in running the Company’s production system.

RMS (UK) is highly recognized for its un paralled expertise in the manufacture and production of high quality concrete products including pre-stressed concrete sleepers and fastenings. It has an excellent reputation for delivering quality and reliable railway sleeper productions plants.

RMS (UK) has a track record of establishing Long Line and Short Line Sleeper production plants in the UK, Europe, the Americas, Africa, Middle East ) and Asia. The RMS Long Line system has steadily evolved after over twenty-five (25) years of establishment and produces pre-stressed concrete sleepers to meet the highest technical specifications requirements of the railway industry.
